Peter’s home and studio is situated at the top of Ford Village, part of the historic Ford & Etal estate. The village, which overlooks the picturesque Till Valley, was remodelled in the late 19th Century by the Marchioness of Waterford. The once decaying worker’s cottages were rebuilt and restored into an idyllic estate village, with paintings and murals on the walls of the school painted by Lady Waterford herself.

Old Forge Antiques & Interiors is housed in the unique horseshoe forge just next door to Peter’s studio. This striking building was in use as a blacksmiths forge until the late 1970’s. The antique shop offers an eclectic range of antiques, collectables, vintage clothing, jewellery, furniture and rare books, as well as beautiful Victorian cottage garden plants.
